aquiring the personal, structural and factual competence to independently plan and execute NLP trainings on all levels for basic and advanced quality levels. Competence to graduate in all levels of the curricula and seminars

Requirements

University graduation (MSc) or equivalent academic qualification
Psychotherapist NLPt or NLP Managementcoach or NLP Supervisor
Licenced Mediator and Austrian government registered Coach or equivalent
Several years practice of applying NLP in a professional context
Teamwork attitude and ability
graduate of the psychotherapeutic propaedeutics curriculum, gvmt mediator and coach licence
admission decision by the standards committee

Curriculum

positively feedbacked work as a ressourceperson and/or assistent in NLP trainings and seminars
additional spezific supervision
special didactics and training for trainers
Regular cooperation in scientific work on NLP; eg (case) studies, scientific work, theory papers

Length and content of those trainings will be bilaterally defined by the lecturer and the standards committee.

NLP trainer

Psychotherapist NLPt or NLP Managementcoach or NLP Supervisor
Several years practice of applying NLP in a professional context both psychotherapeutically and in a business context
teamwork attitude and ability
graduate of the psychotherapeutic propaedeutics curriculum gvmt mediator and gvmt teaching coach and supervisor licence
proof of good theoretical knowledge of psychological and psychotherapeutic Literatur and NLP Literature
regular organisational activity in the training center
admission decision by the standards committee

Curriculum

assisting at least 400 h of NLP trainings as assistent or ressourceperson
spezific trainer supervision > 150 h
specific trainer training > 200 h
compose /write a theoretical work and develop an NLP speciality
Regular cooperation in scientific work on NLP; eg (case ) studies , scientific work, theory papers
regularly presenting the Training center in the public
More than 50 checked Videofeedbacks

NLP senior trainer (master trainer)

Aquiring the personal and content related competence ( psychological, economical, legal , systemic ) to independently plan and execute NLP Trainings and graduations for NLP instructors , NLP trainers and NLP Senior trainers. NLP Senior trainers graduations have to be confirmed by 3 Senior trainers

Prerequisite

NLP-Trainer on ATC level or equivalent experience and competence
several years practical work with NLP both in psychotherapeutic and nonpsychotherapeuttic areas
Teamability with the training committee
invitation from training committee
proof of very good theoretical knowleddge of psychological , psychotherapeutic an literature and NLP literature
regular organisational activity in the training center
Regular public presentations and representing the center
Qualification als psychotherapist or ÖTZ-NLP&NLPt-therapist

Curriculum

Accompaying Practitioner-, Master Practitioner-, Advanced Master Practitioner-Kursen and Supervisionsgruppen and trainer training especially leading of graduations under supervision and live supervision as assistent ora insbesondere auch Leitung von Graduierungen unter Supervision und Livesupervision als Assistent and/or trainer (at least 300 h )
Spezial Letrainer supervision angthgthd further special training as seen relevant by the training standards committe or its delegate
writing of a theoretical paper and developing of an special field of NLP

The length of this curriculum will be established by the training standards committee cooperatively with the candidate, depending on his/her experience and competence.
